Lock Screen for security in OSX

I work in a regulated environment.  I need to quickly lock my screen when I walk away from my computer, requiring my password to use it again when I return.

1.  Applications - Utilities - Keychain Access
2.  Show the lock icon in the menu bar
3.  When you need to lock your machine, just click that icon and choose lock!
